MM8003 has a massive high-current, audiophile-grade, oversized toroidal power transformer, which delivers a conservatively estimated 150 Watts to each of the eight channels. This works alongside custom filter capacitors, high grade audio components throughout, extensive shielding of key components, and ultra-wide bandwidth current feedback technology. The latter amplification system was originally developed for Super Audio CD signals and is ideal for the new DTS-HD Master Audio and Dolby True HD formats.
